About Me
Mae Perez has been in the real estate business since 1992. Her extensive experience in real estate sales has catapulted her to Top Producer position in her previous company. She has served as an advocate to distressed homeowners through strategic exit by short sale. She also has been a preferred REO agent with some major lenders. Mae is also a HUD-approved housing counselor and has helped hundreds of distressed homeowners with their loan modification. Mae continues to play an active role in the real estate community in the San Francisco-Bay Area and has served thrice as President of the Filipino-American Real Estate Professionals Association-Bay Area.
